Frequently asked questions
Ordering and process
What is the minimum order quantity?
We work with a minimum of 1,000 pieces per product. Different sizes of the same product count towards this quantity; we plan the colour and model split together at the quote stage.
What information do you need for a quote?
Product type, approximate quantity, intended use, your logo file, logo placement areas and the required delivery date. You can leave fields you are unsure about blank; we will clarify them together.
Can we see a sample before ordering?
Yes. A pre-production approval sample is prepared. To see fabric and print samples in advance, you can also request the Corporate Sample Box.
Which logo file do you need?
A vector file (.ai, .pdf, .eps, .svg) gives the best result. A high-resolution .png can also be used; if needed, your logo is prepared for production.
Can we have our own design made, outside your series models?
Yes. We prepare a custom design with your corporate colours, panel layout, pocket, collar and zip details. Production starts once the design is approved on a sample.
Can we pay by credit card?
Yes, you can pay for your orders by credit card. Payment steps and terms are sent together with your quote.
How much does the price drop as the quantity increases?
Because screen, pattern and set-up costs are spread over the quantity, the unit cost drops noticeably at 2,500 and 5,000 pieces. The tiered table on the pricing page shows the difference for each product.
Products and techniques
Should we choose print or embroidery for t-shirts?
On cotton crew neck t-shirts, screen printing is the most economical and durable choice. On piqué polo shirts, embroidery gives a premium look. Embroidery can pucker fine jersey, so a small logo is recommended there.
What determines the price of a t-shirt?
Fabric type, collar type, number of colours, logo technique and number of print areas, quantity and packaging. The unit cost drops as the quantity rises; our tiered price table shows the difference.
Can fleece be printed?
Screen printing ink does not spread evenly on the pile surface of fleece, so we recommend embroidery for logos. On smooth-faced fleece, transfer printing can be applied after testing on a sample.
Fleece or jacket for our staff?
For indoor and mid-season use, fleece is sufficient and economical. For outdoor teams exposed to wind and rain, a jacket is the better choice. Fleece can also be worn as a second layer under a jacket.
How is a logo applied to a jacket?
Transfer printing gives a clean, durable result on polyester shell fabric. Embroidery is applied to flat panels or as a patch. Screen printing is not recommended on quilted surfaces, as the print looks broken across the stitching.
